Ingredients:
1 lb Heron Point Crab Meat
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & well drained)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs. lemon juice or dry white wine
2 tsp. horseradish
Unseasoned bread crumbs
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan,
onion, Worcestershire, lemon juice (or wine), horseradish
and pepper to taste. Fold in spinach and crab meat. Spoon
mixture into baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Turn oven to 400º and bake
another 5 minutes. Serve warm with crusty bread.
